Ben Caspersz – Managing Director

A few years ago, Ben realised that the dawn of digital communications has changed everything. The way we communicate and engage with one another has been transformed. The way we live is transforming.

In 2008,  Ben founded Claremont as a direct response to the convergence of PR and digital communications.

Ben has been an advisor to big brands, government, charities, start-ups, social enterprises, membership organisations and the NHS, and has headed up award-winning campaigns in some of London’s top communications agencies.

Ben has created innovative campaigns for non-profit brands like Oxfam and 5 A DAY and has specialist expertise in engaging niche audiences such as national policy makers, FTSE 100 CEOs, C2DE mums, dads, South Asians, prisoners and a whole lot more.

In his younger days Ben used to be a deejay playing chunky techno and Brazilian drum & bass, although these days is more in to creating mixes for breastfeeding mums… but that’s another story.

sara-naylor-web

Sara Naylor – Associate

Sara’s got a cracking formula for getting clients into their target media with agenda-setting coverage. Expert advice plus precise targeting and powerful, thought-through campaigns equals high-quality coverage which drive integrated communications objectives.

She has a wealth of experience advising private, Whitehall and other public- and third-sector clients at CEO-level specialising in health and education. Past and present clients include the Department for Health, the Department for Education, the National Cancer Action Team and private sector residential health and social care providers of autism and mental health services.

This line of work needs determination in spades, which is equally useful to further Sara’s ambitions on the tennis courts. Admittedly, present Wimbledon champ Petra Kvitova can rest easy…for now.
